This ranch land has a creek and a
river running through it and covers approximately 4000 acres with terrain
similar to Manitoba, Canada. It is unique due to the rarity of the
heavy woods in North Dakota and it being adjacent to the 60,000 acre
heavily-wooded, J. Clark Salyer National Wildlife Refuge. We are located
just 30 miles from the Canadian border.
